Getting Ready
for Life Design Coaching

Life Design coaching is most powerful when you're in the right place to receive it, mentally clear, emotionally centered, and physically resourced.

Before you dive into the resources below, take a moment to ask yourself these three questions.

Before We Begin

  • A 12-week coaching program requires real bandwidth. If you're navigating a major crisis, a 90-hour work week, or a significant personal transition right now, the timing may not be right. The best coaching happens when you can actually show up for it.

  • You don't need to have everything figured out, but decisions made from desperation rarely lead to great design. Having some degree of stability, whether that's current employment or enough financial runway, allows you to explore from a place of possibility rather than panic.

  • You don't need certainty; you just need openness. If you've already decided nothing can change, coaching won't shift that. But if you're curious, even just a little, then that's enough.

Emotionally Ready

If you're in the middle of an emotional crisis, healing from a major life event, or feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day stress, getting the right support first will make your coaching experience far more powerful.
